Baby Tooth Cross Bite

A 5-year-old boy has front baby tooth cross bite (Fig.1).  Early braces should be a good approach, but the young kid is not co-operative.  When adult teeth come out, the cross bite may be corrected by itself.  If this is not the case, a tongue blade can be used (Fig.2 arrow) at home to help the erupting teeth grow into right position.
