Fig.2: The top front teeth (including canine #3) are far too forward.  In order to move the front teeth backward (arrow), the tooth behind the top canine will be extracted.

Fig.2' (one-year follow-up): When the top canine is moved behind the bottom one, tooth alignment looks good.
