An accessory incision is moved from distobuccal to midbuccal (Fig.7 arrowheads) to reduce postop loss of bone graft (Fig.8 B) from the incision. O: Osteogen plug. Another piece of Collagen plug is placed over the Ossogen before suture with PGA. Osteogen plug was placed in #17 socket 1 year ago.
