After 3rd trial, the osteotomy is distal to the midline suture (Fig.4 red lines).

The sequential drills are continuously leaned distal to move the osteotomy as distal as possible.

The plateau of the implant at #8 (Fig.5 <, 3.8x12 mm) is more apical than that of the counterpart to prevent periimplantitis.  Bone Graft (*) is placed around the implant and 4.8x5.5(3) mm abutment.  Note the distal microthreads of the implant at #9 are exposed (Fig.4).
