After reprep (Fig.12,13), the provisional is reseated (Fig.11). Before reprep, there is metal show through.
The provisional may have shifted slightly distally. When the permanent crown is fabricated, close the mesial space. Please decide the degree/extent of the distal closure in term of cosmetics.
The distal papilla looks normal. No provisional modification is necessary.
