Contour, Margin and Shades of Final Restoration

The patient returns for final restorations 5 months post immediate provisionals at the sites of #10 and 11 (Fig.1).  She wants the permanent crown of #11 to be as bulky as the tooth #6 (Fig.1).  From the doctor's view, the implant at the site of #11 is placed a little too buccally (Fig.2 B).  Addition of a little more porcelain buccally may block the metal shade (Fig.3).  Unlike posterior restoration, the crowns at #10 and 11 should be subgingival buccally (Fig.3).  The patient would like shades (A1 incisal; A2: gingival) to match those of #8 and 9 crowns (Fig.4).
