The distal sinus floor appears to form 9 months post cementation (Fig.11 dashed line); there seems to be no crestal bone loss thanks to subcrestal placement (Fig.12).   It is expected that the implant plateau will be gradually covered by the crestal bone.  The bottom of the sinus (S) seems to have been ossified 1 year 3 months post cementation (Fig.13).  CBCT will be taken next visit.  Retrospectively radiolucency mesial and distal to the mesiobuccal root of the tooth #14 is related to root fracture, which is found 2 years 5 months post cementation.
