Implant Reconstruction

A 39-year-old woman presents to clinic with chief complaint "I cannot eat well".  Multiple implants are required for functioning (Fig.1).  After finishing root canal therapy at #11, work will be done in the upper right quadrant: including redoing composite at #3 after removing caries (Fig.2 *), extraction of #4 (Clindamycin) and implants at #4 and 5.  The ridge at #5 is moderately atrophic.  Magic split is to be used to gain access and begin bone testing and expansion, followed by Magic expanders.  The latter will be used for #4 site development.  Long implants will be placed to obtain maximal stability for immediate provisional.  The latter will abort if occlusion is found to collapse severely.   Take impression and bite registration if necessary for implantation at the lower right quadrant.
