A 4.5x14 mm bone-level implant is planned to be placed distally (Fig.2).

Fig.3 is an illustration to show that the socket is slender.  Without new apical bone, an implant slightly larger than the socket should be able to achieve primary stability.  With this apparently exciting idea in mind, how to place the implant distally is ignored.
