Two Layers of Sinus Floor

A 44-year-old man had the tooth #14 extracted due to fracture ~ 6 months ago.  It appears that there are 2 layers of the sinus floor (Fig.1: white arrowheads: buccal one; red ones: palatal one).  Initial osteotomy will be 6 mm (Fig.3); sinus lift is expected at least 4 mm (Sinus Master Kit).  The bone density in the socket seems to be low (Fig.2 arrowheads).  Bone expander kit and Tatum tapered taps should be available.  Use #15 blade for access
