Bone Core for Sinus Lift

After 1.6 mm drill and probably Marking Bur, the osteotomy is enlarged with 3.3 mm Magic Drill for 9 mm in the septum aft #14 (Fig.1,2 CBCT sagittal and coronal sections, respectively).  Following the last drill withdrawal, the apical bone core is left in place (Fig.3 ^).  While a 4x11 mm dummy implant (Fig.4 red outline) is being placed, the core is crushed (grey area) before being lifted into the sinus (Fig.5).  No bone graft seems to be necessary.  Take PA for confirmation.
