Osteotomy is established palatally with Magic Expander (ME) 3.0 mm for ~ 3 mm deep (Fig.3,4) with minimal stability so that it moves during X-ray taking (Fig.4). The entry point is also distal, which should have been corrected at this early stage. It is better to start with a drill, followed by bone expanders.
