The 8x17 mm tap has barely achieved stability (Fig.3).  It appears that the tap has almost obliterated the socket. ^: sinus floor.

The tap is planned to go deep no more than 14 mm, but it achieves binding to the bone when it reaches around 17 mm deep.

It is reasonable to predict that the same dimensional implant (8x17 mm) will safely obtain primary stability as compared to a shorter one (8x14 mm) Next.
