The upper right 2nd molar has severe bone loss (Fig.3, PA X-ray). This image must have been taken obliquely (distomesially, in comparison with Fig.5). The buccal roots (MB, DB) appear to be separated from the palatal one (P). It suggests a large septum, a site for an immediate implant.
