The immediate implant (7x11 mm) should be placed to correct the axis of the original tooth, parallel to the tooth #4; the apex of the implant evenly lifts the sinus floor (Fig.6). Red circles: bone graft, which is mainly placed to the mesial defect, although bone graft should be also placed for sinus lift.
