Fig.1: A 66-year-old lady requests restoring the tooth #15. The PA was taken 2.5 ago.  By the time of  extraction, the tooth has broken down to the roots.  Note the narrow septum between the curved mesiobuccal and distobuccal roots.  When the tooth is extracted, the socket is single and large.  A large implant has to be used to achieve primary stability.  In addition, the sinus floor is low.
