Cosmetic Placement of Fractured Model Teeth

Because of severe bone resorption at #11 and 15, the bridge (#11-15) is buccally displaced.  The teeth #9 and 10 flare under traumatic occlusion (Fig.1,2).  When the model is being separated from Alginate, the isolate teeth (#9 and 10) fracture (Fig.3).  A stent is going to be made for an anterior immediate provisional.  What should be done?

The fractured teeth (#9 and 10) should be trimmed at their apical end and put back in their normal cosmetic position (Fig.4,5).  It is better to use superglue for fixation if we are in a hurry.

To restore the normal left posterior occlusion (overjet), the #11-15 segment is sectioned and repositioned palatally (Fig.6).  Once an implant is placed at #13, a splinted provisional will be fabricated from #9 to 15.
