1-Piece Implant with 2 mm Cuff

A 59-year-old man has a loose lower incisor.  It appears that the tooth #24 fractures cervically, probably related to caries (Fig.1*).  Clinically the tooth looks short (possible bruxer).  After extraction (no Antibiotic), an immediate 1-piece implant (Fig.2: green: 3x16mm) is placed with 2 mm cuff. (pink)  The abutment (blue, 5 mm in height) is expected to have substantial reduction.  The diameter of the root looks smaller than those of the neighboring teeth.  This tooth must be rotated.  Take photos after extraction to show the rotation.  A 2.5 mm implant may be placed instead of 3 mm one for space concern (mesiodistally).  If trajectory turns out to be off after using a 3x14 mm dummy implant, place an angled one.
