Fig.9: Since the opposing tooth is supraerupted, the implant at #31 should be placed as low as possible, slightly subcrestal. When a provisional at #31 is placed, make the occlusal surface a little higher to intrude the opposing tooth. As the intrusion occurs, roughen the occlusal surface of the provisional and apply flowable composite.
Place Class V composite at #29 before bracketing (*).
