Short Implant

A 60-year-old woman has lost the lower left 2nd molar with furcal lesion of the neighboring tooth (Fig.1 *).  The bone at the edentulous area does not look short (red dashed line: the superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal).  Coronal section shows that the ridge is pointed with wide base (Fig.2).  A suitable implant could be 6x6 mm with removing ~5 mm ridge top or a narrower, longer one.  Use the 6 mm implant positioner to make sure that there is 1-2 mm clearance around the positioner (buccal, lingual, mesial and distal).  Set the implant spacer at 4 mm.  Use Sinus Master Kit to start osteotomy, followed by Extra Wide Kit.  What are the advantages of using Sinus Master Kit for the lower implant? Also prepare wheel saws and chisels to remove the ridge top.
