A 55-year-old man has lost the tooth #18 with supraeruption of the opposing (Fig.1 arrow).  The vertical space must be limited.  It appears that Magicore implant is a good indication for this case, since it is a 1-piece implant with 2 mm abutment.  The crown will engage to the inside and outside portions of the core for retention.  However, a 13 mm one is not available now (Fig.3).  A 11 mm one will be placed a little deeper with 2 or 3 mm cuff.  Take a parallel PA and photos (to show papillae) for #4.
