The implant (I) platform is at the gingival margin. Allograft and Osteogen is placed in the remaining mesiobuccodistal socket (Fig.7 arrowheads). The lamina dura has formed lateral to the implant at the site of #30 (*) five years in function, as compared to Fig.1.
