As planned, osteotomy is initiated in the mesial slope of the socket (Fig.2 green dashed line) after extraction. Yellow dashed line: the upper border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal.
The trajectory should have been overcorrected (moved mesially and changed the angle) once it is found insufficient at the early stage of osteotomy (Fig.3 from black area to red outline).
