As the osteotomy is being enlarged, it is being shifted unavoidably distally (Fig.4 arrow: 6 mm tap).
After using the 6 mm tap mentioned above, a 6x12 mm UF implant is placed without binding. It has to be discarded. There is mismatch between the tap and the implant of the same diameter.
A next sized implant (Fig.5: 6.5x12 mm) is placed with high insertion torque and away from the Inferior Alveolar Canal (yellow dashed line),
