Fig.10 (lingual mirror view): The provisional dislodges 13 days postop. The gingiva around the implant/abutment is healthy. While the mesial margin (M) is subgingival (related to implant placement), the lingual and distal (Fig.10 D) is equigingival. For the best retention of the provisional, the margin should have been exposed before relining the provisional.
