Fig.7: The teeth #17 and 18 will be extracted, whereas implants will be placed at #18 and 19. After extraction, start osteotomies and place surgical stent for confirmation. Initiate osteotomy in the mesial slope of #18 for 7 mm with stopper. Finally an immediate splinted provisional extends posteriorly to cover #17 socket after placing Collagen Plug.
