Fig.2: When the bottom right bridge (#28-31) is gone, the patient cannot chew on the right side.   Heavy chewing on the left side (arrow) leads to break down of the bridge on that side (#18-20).  The bridge is loose. One of the supporting teeth (#18) has a cavity (red area) under the crown and is tender to touch.  It gets an infection.  Two of the three parts of the bridge need to be removed.
