Fig.2: The 7x11 mm implant (apical diameter 5 mm) is unstable.  It is 4 mm from the inferior alveolar canal.  At least 2 mm new bone can be gained for 2nd placement of a longer implant or wider.

In the 2nd procedure, osteotomy is deepened by approximately 2 mm.  A 7x14 mm tap is inserted with stability (Fig.4).  The tap is closer to the inferior alveolar canal than the previous implant (Fig.2).  There is apical space (arrowheads) to be engaged further.
