Electronic Smoke M

A 51-year-old man with chronic periodontitis requests implants at 19, 24-26 and 30 nearly 2 months post extraction without bone graft (Fig.1).  He is willing to quit smoking by using electronic smoke.  After SRP, the tooth #6 with supragingival fracture will be saved by post and crown.  The mesiodistal space seems to be too narrow for implant (Fig.2).  1-piece implants will be placed at #24 and 26 for FPD (Fig.3,4).  Implant placement at #19 and 30 will involve incision, socket redebridement, guide, bone graft (sticky bone), PRF membranes as a barrier and sutures (Fig.5,6).
