Endo ice test shows necrosis of #23 to 25. RCT is initiated at #23 (Fig.9, CaOH paste) with buccal and lingual swelling. Due to Coronavirus pandemic, the patient returns with the lingual swelling (no pain) 5 months postop (Fig.10 with CaOH paste in the canal). Endo may have to be at #24 with apicoectomy with PRF.
