Due to coronavirus and prolonged placement of a healing abutment with poor oral hygiene, the buccal gingiva of the implant is erythematous 1 year postop (Fig.8 healing cap just removed). 左下6植体周围炎诊断后两周，病人回来做植骨，服用抗菌素一周，炎症有所减轻，但口腔卫生不佳（图一）。
