Place Implant Slightly Distal for Future Upright

A 38-year-old woman requests implant restoration at #19.  The mesiodistal width of the edentulous area is 9 mm (Fig.1) with the tooth #18 mesial shift and inclination.  Place an implant (5x11.5 mm) slightly distal (4.5 mm vs. 5.0-5.5 mm in Fig.2) so that the implant will be in the center of the edentulous area after postop orthodontics (uprighting the tooth #18).  Also place the implant slightly more lingually (upper left image).  Reports from lab are shown in Fig.3-7.
