#18 implant should be placed mesial for more bone engagement and being away from #17 and buccal to avoid the submandibular fossa. Prepare PRFx2 for sticky bone (large defect and possible #17 socket). Use a thumb driver to place the tissue-level implant initially through the metal sleeve for orientation.
