Immediate and delayed implants will be placed at #31 and 28, respectively (Fig.2,3 (coronal sections)). L: lingual; red circles: Vanilla graft; yellow or orange circles: Inferior Alveolar Canal. The implant at #28 remains to be the one used the most often in this case (9-11, 15 UR).
