Supraeruption

A 59-year-old man will return for #31 implant placement 2 months after #15 one (Fig.1).  Since the opposing tooth is supraerupted (arrow), the depth of osteotomy will be 11.5 mm, while an implant will be 10 mm long.  Immediately (probably 2 weeks) after the surgery, two mini-implants will be placed for orthodontic intrusion.
