After adjustment of the trajectory of osteotomy (Fig.5), a 3x16(2) mm 1-piece implant is placed within normal limit (10-15 Ncm, Fig.6)).  In fact bone graft is placed before (^ arrowhead; to repair apical buccal plate perforation) and after (*) implantation.  The bone graft becomes more organized 3 months postop (Fig.9).术后三个月骨粉形态改变（图九，与图六对比）。
