A 49-year-old man (patient of ours for 7 years) has severe bone loss and buccal recession at #3 with missing tooth at #4 (Fig.2: CT 3-D image, buccal view). Finally he agrees to get treatment: immediate implant at #3 and delayed one at #4 with bone graft with Sticky Bone.
