Clinically there appears no hard tissue distal, although the bone density (graft bone in the 3rd molar socket) is low shown in bitewing (Fig.2 ^). Allograft is applied around the distal coronal portion of the implant before placement of Osteogen Plug and 4-0 PGA suture (Fig.3 *). The plug dislodges early postop.
