Guide with Magic Lifter
A 52-year-old man wants to have an implant at #2 two years post extraction.
The implant size I tried was 5.0 X 7.3mm and it seems like bone density is
	quite low.
Undersized drilling suggested (at least 2 size smaller to get more
fixation). And on the facial view there's 4mm of remaining bone but on the
buccolingual view, there's less than 3mm. It would be much better if you
could plan to do a lateral sinus elevation in this case.  Jennifer
