Perio Glue for Socket Preservation

A 32-year-old nervous woman presents emergently with toothache at #2 with subgingival caries (Fig.1).  She is unwilling to have #1 extracted.  Vanilla graft and ß-TCP hydrated with GEM21S (Fig.2 *) are placed in the three sockets with distinct septa (good blood supply for regeneration).  A 12x12 mm BioXclude is used to close the socket opening.  After 4/0 PGA suture, periodontal glue is applied for retention of the suture and the membrane.
