To shorten surgery time and aerosol associated with high speed handpiece, a provisional is not fabricated during coronavirus pandemic. Place sutures around the healing abutment to keep bone graft in place. Most likely take 2 of 5x5 cm CBCT or panoramic bitewing postop. Prepare socket shield retractors in case.
