Save Bone for Immediate Implant

A 66-year-old man has lower RPD.  Masti-cation is difficult due to #4 root fracture and #13 and 14 missing (Fig.1).  After extraction of #4 with socket antibiotic treatment (Fig.2), finish #13 and 14 osteotomy and implant placement (Fig.3,4).  Save auto-genous bone from #13, 14 and #4 using suction trap for #4 buccal gap closure.
