Why is Implant Deviated and How to Fix it?

The mesial half of the crestal bone (Fig.5 ^) is denser than the distal half.  There is a slope in the mesial crestal bone.  As RPM for reamers is decreased, they tend to deviate to the least resistant area (distal, Fig.2).  So does the implant (Fig.3).

How to fix it?  As soon as the deviation is noted, remove the drill/reamer/implant (Fig.6).  Remove the resistant area with a Lindamann bur (Fig.7 red region).  The implant should be able to be placed in a correct position (Fig.8).
