1 piece implant for molar with narrow space

A 38-year-old lady has lost #30 for more than 20 years.  She notices that the space has been narrowed and neighboring teeth have been shifted.  She is thinking about fixing the space.  Is a 3x17 or 20 one piece implant appropriate (Fig.)?  Buccolingual occlusal table will be made narrow on crown.

Hello Dr Wei, I would plasty the enamel adjacent to the edentulous area to gain a little more space. This will also allow a more normal size crown and also establish the angle of insertion of the crown and implant. Flat, wide interproxamal contacts will make the restoration more stable. The treatment you are suggesting is certainly acceptable. Place the widest diameter implant space and bone allows. Dr Borgner
