Fig.6 (preop occlusal lateral view (right side)): Anterior overjet, molar and canine Class II relationship.  The upper right 2nd molar was extracted 2.5 years ago.  The lower counterpart is supraerupted (arrow).

There is a blemish of plaster between the upper 1st molar and 2nd bicuspid (*).  What is that?

The upper arch appears to be slightly in cross bite (Fig.4) 2 months after closed coil springs placed between the upper posted wire (<) and mini-implants (placed in the buccal tuberosity) (7.5 months post bracketing).

Next step is to retract LR3 with closed coil spring.

Next visit, take photos to show bilateral posterior occlusal relationship with child cheek retractor.
