Second, the bone height is between 4 (distal) and 8 (mesial) mm.  Internal sinus lift appears to be necessary.

Third, the 2nd and 3rd molars have shifted and tilted mesially.  The mesiodistal width is approximately 6 mm.  The diameter of the implant should be around 4 mm.
