Fig.1 (coronal section of CBCT through the tooth #5): It appears that there is a buccal bony defect coronally.  The implant is to be placed more or less palatally (in position and tilt) for better restoration (possibly using straight abutment) and as high as possible (to achieve primary stability).  A bone level implant will be either 4.5 or 5.0 x14 mm, depending upon whether the implant is being placed in the middle of the socket mesiodistally.   The buccal defect is to be filled with bone graft (red circles) immediately prior to (mainly) and post (less degree) implantation.  The depth of osteotomy is ~19 mm (4.4 mm + 14 mm) from the gingival margin.
