Remove Composite Veneers Prior to External & Internal Whitening

A 45-year-old lady (ZH) has Tetracycline teeth (Fig.1: #7), which was covered by composite veneers (*).  The tooth #8 is extremely dark, because of trauma and necrosis.  After root canal therapy (Fig.2,3), the tooth becomes brighter (Fig.4), but it is not enough.  In the 2nd visit, the composite veneers are to be removed to facilitate external whitening, while cavit, cotton pellets and gutta percha (until CEJ) will be taken out of #8 for internal one.  Composite will be done for the mesioincisal of #8 if bleaching turns out to be satisfactory.  Porcelain veneers can be delayed for the upper anterior teeth.  The money to be saved will be used for the lower left implant(s).
