1. Place implant as lingual and apical as possible, cosmetic
2. Try in post, cement
3. Gingival retraction cord #2, can be overlapped, stop bleeding, push gingiva away from prep, and most important prevent Titanium shaving from being trapped in socket
4. Rinse off metal shaving with normal saline or other before cord removal, bone graft or cementation of the provisional
5. Crown form for temporary, intentionally off occlusion
6. Provisional keeps papillae in place
7. Remove excess cement thoroughly
