Immediate Provisional Fabrication and Modification
	- Purpose: Keep bone graft and collagen membrane in place
 
	- Fabrication: Choose abutment as wide and long as possible with slots to 
	increase retention; insert non-woven gauze or thick gingival retraction cord 
	in the remaining sockets; preliminary prep; reline if needed
 
	- 
	
	Modification: Rationale: in early phase of healing, the level of gingiva 
	may change drastically (compare
	
	Fig.8 and 11).  Advantage: wound has healed.  No gauze or cord 
	is necessary.  Change abutment and prep if necessary.  If bone 
	granules are present, margin of provisional is modified to cover them 
	lightly.  If the rough surface of the implant is exposed, the margin of 
	the provisional
